Tenancy Lengths and Rent

Accommodation is available either during term-time only or year round (term time plus the Christmas and Easter vacations) for various durations:

Priority for these rooms is given to students with exams after the end of Trinity term.

Weekly rent for each room type for the academic year 2018/19 is:

A deposit of £400 is required to confirm your acceptance of a room in Wycliffe Hall, once offers of accommodation have been made.  The deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw after accepting the room and otherwise held until you move out of Wycliffe accommodation when it will be returned to you (after deductions to cover the cost of repairing any damage caused by you or for unpaid rent).

Daily average room rate in 2018/19: £22.38

Length of undergraduate contract in days: 271

You can expect meal costs to be of the following order:

Breakfast = £3.50

Lunch = £3.50

Dinner = £3.50

All residents are expected to pay £600 for catering at the start of the year, which provides 180 meals.
